September 10, 2021 at 9:36 pmThis place is the absolute fucking worst, steer clear.. Clearly on the page it says CALL OR TEXT, so I called and kept getting hung up on. The reason I called instead of texting was because I had several questions regarding several different stains and wanted some recommendations. The quote on quote supervisor was very and unprofessional.. Never asked how he could help or apologized for continuing to hang up on me. The type of customer service I received from this place I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy. He doesn’t value his customers at all and it shows. I wish their was a way I could post over conversation on here but it’s probably not. Just a heads up and my truth.

July 20, 2022 at 8:42 pmThey’re selling contaminated knockoff carts. All fake and gave me severe chest pains for about 3 hours. Avoid all of they’re carts. They’re ALL BAD.
They also refused a refund when I told them about it and sent them pictures of their fake bloom cart next to my real dispensary liscensed bloom cart. Their Wzrdz carts are relabel of their old Green Sundayes brand junk.
Carts taste contaminated and taste even worse. They will not work with you when they mess up. Avoid at all costs

October 26, 2022 at 6:41 pmI truly do not recommend this place. There are places in DC that offer pick up or delivery without the hassles. You will have issues placing the order, communicating with dispensers and drivers, and ETA and price. The person receiving the orders can’t comprehend orders even with pictures, assume the order is always pick up, the drivers will not communicate arrival, car their in, and will rush you as soon as they get the order! The customer services here is beyond poor. Do not waste your time unless you got time to waste
